Do you believe that our work environments have lots of impact for our life, our behavior, and our future. It’s just a simple comprehension by discuss, share and chat with my friends (CMIIW).

Somehow, our work environment not always has something positive for us. Could be the rules, could be the situation, could be our team, or could be someone we called “leader”. It will be great when we can do something to change the situation. But, how if we can’t? Well… sometimes we can’t control our mind or feeling to respond all of these “bad” situation. It is really not easy to thank to God for this condition, because we never ask for this condition before.

Do you know that sometimes He put us in someplace we called “bad” for good purposes? There are lots of example for this, could be from your Holy Book (Bible, Alqur’an or others), could be from the animals (butterflies, etc.), or your friends experiences. Sometimes, we can’t control the situation, but we can control our self. Sometimes we can’t control our feelings, but we can control how to show our feelings.  An example, you have an orange. You put it at the refrigerator.  You really want to eat the orange now, but you think, the orange will be more delicious when it cold. So, you wait for a moment. How surprised you, when your brother eat the orange without saying something to you! Will you get upset? Of course, it’s spontaneous and we can’t control the situation. But, we can control the way we angry. You don’t have to throw all of the things at your house to show your anger, do you? You don’t have to say something ungracious or yelled your brother just to tell him that you’re angry. You can choose it. And there are always choices.

It’s just the same with our work environment. We can choose how we react to all the condition. You can choose, learn something or keep upset with the situation. Learn something will have impacts to your future, keep upset will also have  impacts. Positive or negative impacts? Good or bad? It’s depend on your choice. Remember, God always choose something best for us, it’s just, not all of us understand the importance of learning from “bad condition”.

Amigos, it’s all just about choices…
